An arrest warrant has been issued for an Exeter man, who's facing cruelty charges after a dog was hanged.
Fifty two year old Paul Brown, of Okehampton Road, pleaded guilty earlier in the year to the offence, but failed to turn up at court yesterday to be sentenced.
The alleged incident, which took place in January in Wiltshire, relates to a collie, known as Shandy.
Two other people were given suspended jail sentences by Salisbury magistrates.
