Tony Rowe, the Chairman of the Exeter Chiefs, has driven a flock of sheep down the High Street today - to celebrate being awarded the Freedom of the City.
The link with sheep is based on the Freedom of the City of London - which traditionally allowed the holder to drive their animals across London Bridge.
Mr Rowe was honoured for his services to rugby union - particularly Exeter being a World Cup city.
The sheep were wearing flags of the competing nations as they made their way through the city centre - to the amusement of shoppers.
