A local folk singer has taken to Facebook to criticise Exeter city council's plans to spend 26 million pounds on a new pool and leisure centre - and his video's been viewed nearly 18 thousand times.

He says the proposed sports facilities should be located on the outskirts of the city and a new theatre built in the city centre.
