VIDEO: Record number of vessels anchored on the bay
Six cruise ships were spotted in Torbay today (Wednesday 17th February) as the vessels continue to wait for restrictions to be lifted so they can take their passengers cruising again.
This short video, captured by Paula Douglas from her home, shows all six ships anchored on the Devon coast - which has been a popular spot for ships to anchor during the coronavirus pandemic.
