Motorists advised not to visit
Yesterday there was chaos on some routes as drivers abandoned their vehicles partially blocking them.
Police have described the actions of motorists as frustrating, inconsiderate and reckless and say making routes impassable to vehicles, including the Emergency services, is beyond belief!
