Four hurt in 'jackal'
Four military personnel have been injured in a crash on the North Devon link road.
They were hurt when a ' Jackal tactical support vehicle' was involved in a single-vehicle collision on the A361 at Sampford Peverell, near Tiverton around 8.45 a.m. on Saturday.
Four serving members of the army were taken to hospital, where their condition is not known.
They were helped by other motorists until emergency services got to the scene.
The westbound carriageway was closed for the rest of the day whilst investigations and repairs took place.
