South West Water has been ordered to pay £300,000 in fines after polluting a Devon waterway.
Equiptment failure and poor management were blamed for poorly treated sewage entering Craddock Stream near Collumpton.
The Environment Agency found pollution in the stream in September and December 2013.
As well as the fine, South West Water was also ordered to pay £14,421 in costs.
