But provides "positive specimen"
A man involved in a late-night crash that closed the A380 just outside Exeter in the early hours of Saturday morning provided a "positive specimen", according to police.
The road was closed between Telegraph Hill and the Splatford Split junction, one of Devon's most notorious blackspots.
It's understood a man from the Torbay area, believed to be the driver, was treated at the RD&E and has been arrested. It is unclear whether the "positive specimen" relates to drink or drugs.
The single-vehicle crash involved a Skoda Octavia.
