The Stroke Association has called on sufferers and carers in Devon to speak out if they feel they've been 'abandoned'.
A new report has revealed that many stroke survivors are being left without support when they leave hospital.
A survey found that more than half of them felt depressed, and just under two thirds experienced anxiety.
