Sainsburys has announced that it's not going ahead with plans for a depot in Clyst Honiton.
The depot, near the Skypark development and Exeter Airport, would have supplied stores across south west England and created about 450 jobs.
The company says it no longer needs the depot and will immediately start marketing the site - which has had significant sums invested in it for preparatory work.
It says it's working with East Devon council - which granted the original planning permission - and the Exeter & East Devon Growth Point.
