Women and people aged between 16 and 30 in Exeter have the lowest economic well-being - according to a survey carried out by Citizens Advice.
It was supported and promoted by Radio Exe, the city council, the Express & Echo and the Chamber of Commerce.
The idea was to find the true picture of people's income, savings, and sense of financial security.
