Exeter residents are being asked for their views on the amount of begging and rough sleeping in the city centre.
The city council is asking people to respond to a survey on 'street activity'.
They want to hear about people's encounters with beggars - especially any aggressive behaviour.. and whether they've seen people bedding down in doorways, parks, or other outdoor locations.
They also want to know if residents have seen people drinking in the street.
