WATCH: People meet in the middle
A 'solidarity walk' in support of the people of Ukraine has taken place across the Tamar bridge.
People from Cornwall greeted others from Plymouth on the famous crossing on Sunday lunchtime.
Wearing red and yellow ribbons, the two tribes met symbolically in the middle of the bridge.
Tim Parkman, a minister at Saltash Baptist Church called on "our government and the powers of the world [to remember] that war is not the answer."
Plymouth lord mayor Cllr Terri said they wanted to remind Ukraine "that we are just as passionate about stopping this war as they are."
