They are being held on suspicion of burglary
Four teenagers have been arrested, after a number of reported burglaries in Exeter early this morning [1 November].
Police believe that three incidents took place in the Nadderwater area of the city.
The helicopter had been spotted flying over the city centre this morning looking for the suspects.
A police statement said: "An 18-year-old, a 13-year-old, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old have all been arrested on suspicion of burglary and are in police custody.
