But you can't live in it!
A seafront beach hut has gone on the market with a guide price of £200,000.
The property, at Teignmouth was converted in 2005 from 2 wooden beach huts, into a single property.
It comprises 2 rooms and a mezzanine storage floor and has its own mooring.
But beach huts are classed as "temporary accommodation" so you can't sleep in it.
It will go under the hammer at the end of this month.
