Dozens of firefighters are at the scene of a house fire in Honiton.
The fire broke out in the roof of the house in Offwell earlier this afternoon.
Crews have been called out from Exeter, Ottery, Seaton and Cullompton - police and Western Power are also in attendance.
Firefighters expect to be at the scene all night.
All the building's occupants have been accounted for.
