A Crediton man is due in court today charged with causing the death of a 10-year-old boy in a road accident in the town at the weekend.
The boy was involved in a collision with a white Vauxhall Combo van shortly before 1.35pm on Saturday, and died of his injuries at the RD&E hospital.
24 year old Cameron Trivet of Mill Street,has been charged with failing to stop after a road traffic collision, and causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving
