Police are appealing for witnesses after the burglary on Friday 8 September.
Those responsible gained access to the property on Cranford Avenue through a ground floor bedroom window.
As well as ten-thousand pounds sterling and eight-thousand Hong Kong dollars, jewellery, including two Gucci watches, a Rolex watch, gold and silver rings and a gold bracelet were also taken.
