A second consultation has begun on the plans for a major housing and employment development near Tiverton.
The proposals for the Post Hill area also include open spaces for sports facilities, allotments and wildlife habitats.
The views expressed in an initial consultation earlier this year have been taken into account as the designers drew up their masterplan for the site.
It's available on mid Devon district council's website until the first of February and residents are invited to give feedback.
