Man in white jogging bottoms sought
A man in a hoodie and jogging bottoms is being sought by police in Torquay following accusations of indecency towards a child in the street on Wednesday evening.
He approached a 14 year-old girl in Mallock Road, neat Sherwell Park in the town around half past six - and made a rude comment before trying to touch her.
The girl's not hurt, but it is important police find the man - who's in his 30s or 40s, around 5 feet 7 tall, chubby with long unkempt brown hair.
