Suspects remain in custody
A man who died in Torquay on Sunday has been named as 34-year-old Aaron Parrington.
Paying tribute to him, Mr Parrington’s family say: “He was a loved father and son, who will be greatly missed. Although we are grateful for the support, we would ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
Two teenagers were quickly arrested on suspicion of murder after Mr Parrington died in Ellacombe Church Road after being assaulted around 3.30pm.
The men, aged 18 and 19, are still in custody after police were granted extra time to question them.
Detectives have set up what they call a major incident public portal online where people can post information.
They're also asking for anyone who can help their enquiries to call 101 quoting reference number 50230252005.
