Urgent appeal to find 17-year-old
Police are concerned for the welfare of Plaman Gandevm who has gone missing from his home in Torquay.
The 17-year-old, who was last seen on Saturday 10 April, is white, 5’7” tall with dark hair. It is not known what he was last wearing.
