The leader of the TUC is visiting the South West today - and will be in Exeter this evening. The visit by Frances O'Grady comes as the TUC are calling for moves to create more jobs in the region.
They say there were 35 thousand fewer jobs in the South West at the end of last year than there were before the recession.
They're particularly concerned about the lack of jobs for young people and are calling on the Government to guarantee employment to any young person out of work for more than six months.
