Someone allegedly climbed scaffolding near Fore Street
Parts of Exeter City Centre were cordoned off this evening (Thursday 23rd December) as someone allegedly climbed some scaffolding near the top of Fore Street.
Two fire engines were in attendance, along with police, to help them back down.
