Sam Ryder's Space Man comes runner up to Ukraine
The UK has come second in the 2022 Eurovision in Turin, Italy.
Sam Ryder's Space Man received a total of 466 points - a contrast to James Newman's Embers which ended in nul points. This is the sum of both the national juries and the public votes.
By contrast, Germany finished at the other end of the leaderboard with a total of 6 points.
It's the highest position the UK has finished in over 20 years.
Ukraine finished top.
