Police are appealing for help from the public to try and locate a wanted 23-year-old from Plymouth.
Tommy-Lee Nolan is wanted on recall to prison. He was originally jailed for drug offences.
He's white, approximately 5ft 8ins tall and of slim build. Nolan is balding and has light mousy brown hair.
