John Appleton should be in prison
Police are appealing for information to help located a 53-year-old man from the South Devon area.
John Appleton, who also goes by the name John Williams, is wanted on recall to prison for breaching the conditions of his license.
He is believed to be in the Paignton area but has links to Torquay and Dartmouth areas.
Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 999 quoting log 682 of 6 October.
