Researchers from the University of Exeter have been involved in a new report which says global warming will soon put lives in danger.
It was put together by 15 academics and looked at the risks to people around the world from floods, droughts and heatwaves.
The Royal Society's report also warns that a combination of climate change and population growth increases the risks posed by weather extremes.
