It follows yesterday's decision to close beds at community hospitals in Ottery St mary, Crediton and Axminster.
The Clinical Commissioning Group's governing body agreed they should be transferred to other hospitals.
That's despite a local stakeholder group arguing strongly for the community beds to stay where they are.
