Police are appealing for witnesses, after a van crashed on the A38 near Plymouth yesterday killing three people.
Emergency servicers were called to the Westbound carriageway just before 4.00pm yesterday afternoon to reports of a serious single vehicle collision near Plymouth.
A white van was found overturned and the three people inside were confirmed dead - their families have been informed.
The Plymouth-bound carriageway was closed until just after 7.00am this morning whilst investigations and road repairs were carried out.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to contact police.
