Police are appealing for witnesses to a fatal accident on the A30 near Honiton on Christmas Eve.
A lorry driving towards Somerset collided with a car heading for Honiton, at Rawridge Hill.
The driver of the car, a 59 year old man from London, died at the scene.. the lorry driver, from Cornwall, suffered minor injuries.
Anyone who saw the accident, which happened at about 11.30 am, is asked to contact the police's Serious Collisions Investigations Unit.
