It involved a Citreon Picasso and a pedestrian
Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Barnstaple.
Emergency services were called to Belle Meadow Road just before 11pm on Wednesday 15 February with reports of the collision involving a Citreon Picasso and a pedestrian outside the bus station.
The pedestrian, a 66-year-old man was treated by ambulance crews at the scene but later died.
The road was closed for around 6 hours while police investigated.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police via 101 quoting log 0873 of 15 February.
