A 10 and a half million pound redevelopment of part of Exeter University's St Lukes campus has moved a step closer.
Planning permission and internal funding have both been agreed for the scheme, which'll see a new storey added to the South Cloisters building and the construction of an extension.
Work's due to start later this month on the project, which is being driven by projected growth at the Medical School.
