Ten young tag rugby players from Broadclyst primary school have won their Aviva Premiership Rugby Schools match at Twickenham... in front of 82,000 spectators.
They played Balsall Common Primary School from Bath in a seven-minute game during half-time, at Saturday’s Aviva Premiership Final between Saracens and Northampton Saints... and they won 5-3.
It was their reward for emerging triumphant from this season’s Aviva Premiership Rugby Schools Programme Festival, which was run by the Chiefs Community department at schools across Devon and Cornwall.
