There are fears some women in Devon are putting off their smear tests because of concerns about their body image.
A new survey has revealed that a third of those aged between 25 and 29 in Devon aren't being screened for cervical cancer, that's over 6,380 women or half the capacity of Exeter's Sandy Park.
It is the lowest take up rate of any age group and the numbers attending for screening are falling year on year.
Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in women under 35.
