South Hams' rubbish riles residents
Residents in the South Hams have been explaining their frustrations at missed bin collections.
The waste system changed in March from plastic bags to recycling boxes. Now, around 1,000 collections are being missed every day.
FCC Environment, the contractor who deals with waste in the South Hams, blamed the backlog on there being more waste than expected, creating a "bottleneck" at its processing plant.
