A vending machine in a Devon shopping centre is dispensing plays and poems - with pin badges too.
The machine at Drake's Circus, Plymouth, is there for an initial three months, and has proved popular in its first few days.
Rather than the traditional fair of chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks, a blank package contains a specially written piece of work by local authors.
What you get is left to chance.
