Devon could produce nearly all of its energy needs according to the South West's Green MEP.
A report commissioned by Molly Scott Cato claims renewable energy from solar panels, wind farms and wave power could also create 21 thousand jobs.
She says it would generate nearly 900 million pounds for Devon's economy
