An American man has been remanded in custody accused of grooming a fourteen year old girl, who was found at Clyst Honiton.
Thirty eight year old David Telles, from California, appeared before Exeter magistrates also accused of abducting and having sexual activity with a young girl.
Meanwhile a girl went missing from her home in Cornwall on Sunday, but was found on Tuesday.
The bench sent the case to the crown court and Mr Telles will next appear there on Thursday 10th July.
