A baby has been rescued from a 2nd floor flat in Exeter.
Emergency crews were alerted by the baby's father, after the 1 year old was accidently locked in the flat in Rifford Road.
They gained access to the building, and the baby was reunited with dad, none the worse for the ordeal...
