Supermarket thieves leave tools
Two men who were wearing hospital masks when they burgled Tesco in Bideford in the early hours of Sunday morning are being sought by police.
The burglars, who were dressed in black, smashed a front window to get inside the supermarket in Manteo Way, East the Water, around 2.05am on 10 May.
The pair broke into several tills before leaving through a fire exit with a small amount of cash. They left behind the tools they had used to get into the building.
Police are investigating and are keen to speak with anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious around the store at the time of the burglary.
