The developers of a new shopping centre in the east of Exeter say they've had plenty of interest from retailers and other businesses who want to move in.
A restaurant chain, Costa Coffee and a gym have already signed up for premises in the retail park off Honiton Road.
Several retail chains including Boots, Nandos and Pizza Express are also considering it, along with a travel agent, a bank and a creche.
