Police are not treating the death as suspicious
A body found on the Tarka Trail near Braunton yesterday morning [28 July] is not being treated as suspicious.
Police were called just before 7am after a dog walker had located the body of a man, but he was declared dead at the scene.
The body is believed to be that to be of an 18-year-old local man.
His next of kin have been informed, but as of yesterday, formal identification had yet to take place.
This death is not currently being treated as suspicious and file is to be prepared for the coroner.
