Devon and Cornwall would like to speak to anyone who saw what happened, after a boy sustained serious injuries in the car park.
Emergency services were called just after 1.00pm yesterday (Sunday 23rd of February) to reports of the collision in the supermarket car park on Prince Charles Road.
He was taken to the RD&E with serious injuries, but police say they are not described as life-threatening or changing.
Anyone who saw what happened and hasn't yet spoken to police, is asked to contact them on 101 quoting 430 23/02/20.
