A large-scale cannabis growing operation's been found in east Devon.
Police were called to an industrial unit in Dunkeswell following a report of suspicious activity.
They found a hydroponic set-up containing a large number of cannabis plants.
The drugs and equipment have been seized and enquiries are ongoing.
