Lucky escape for driver and homeowner
The front of a bungalow in Uffculme has been destroyed after a car collided with it.
Fire crews from Cullompton and and an urban search and rescue team from Clyst St George attended the property on Thursday 30 June.
Emergency services were called to College Green in the Mid Devon town around 10 a.m.
Police put a cordon in place for public safety, and so that the integrity of the building could be examined.
Nobody was seriously injured.
