About 10 vehicles on 4 roads were spray painted last night
Residents in the St Thomas area of Exeter woke up to a shock this morning.
Around 10 vehicles had a blue line spray painted on them.
Cars and vans along Buddle Lane, Newman Road, Merrivale and Lime Grove Road were all targeted.
The paint is also on pavements, in the road and on walls/end of houses.
We have contacted Devon and Cornwall Police for a comment.
