Police are appealing for information after a cat was killed - apparently in a deliberate attack by men with dogs in Exeter.
Seven year old Daisy was found badly bitten and with a broken back, in a field near her owner's garden in Pinhoe.
A vet said the bite marks were consistent with a dog attack.
Her owner says on the night before, men with dogs and torches had been seen in the area.
