The MP for Exeter says he's furious that the city's RD&E hospital is being fined one and a half million pounds for failing to meet targets.
It's being penalised by the Clinical Commissioning Group for not meeting some deadlines for diagnosis or referral, and missing waiting time targets in Accident and Emergency.
