There are concerns about use of legal highs in Exeter - after the body of a man was found in the toilets at the city's bus station.
Although the cause of death has to be confirmed, the 30-year-old from Tiverton is thought to have been surrounded by paraphernalia connected with substances that, whilst legal, can be dangerous.
